A community of Cantonese-speaking Catholics who have a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

What do we do?

The group meets every first Saturday of the month.

We honour Mother Mary by reciting the Holy Rosary and a set prayer of penance. At 3pm, we honour Jesus’ Holy death by saying a set prayer and the Divine Mercy prayer.

Cantonese Mass celebrated by Fr Romeo Yu-Chang is conducted at 3.30pm after that.

The group will meet other times as well for rosary recitation, bible reading and sharing, and to practise hymns for the following month’s Mass.

We also cater to Cantonese-speaking seniors when the need arises to conduct basic RCIA or faith formation sessions, if they desire to know more about Jesus Christ.

Ocassionally, we organise fellowship activities, outings and pilgrimages.

When do we meet?

Every first Saturday of the month, 1.30pm to 4.45pm, at the chapel.

Unless otherwise engaged, the group also meets on the third Saturday of the month at St Michael Room from 2 pm to 5 pm, to recite the rosary, conduct Divine Mercy prayers, have bible reading and sharing, practise hymns and discuss upcoming events etc.
