RCIA: First Scrutiny
We pray for enlightment and purification, for our 23 Elect at the 6pm Mass on Saturday, as they journey towards their baptism at Easter.
This Lent, take time out for our parish retreat, open to all parishioners, for us to grow in our prayer life and deepen our relationship with God. With the help of Scripture and Pope Francis’ writings, we will try to unveil God’s free gift of mercy to understand what it means to “Be merciful just as your Father is merciful”. (Luke 6:36)
The programme will be facilitated by Sister Maria Lau, IJS, and will include input, personal prayer and reflection, and community prayer.
Dates: 5 and 6 March (Sat & Sun)
Time: 2.30pm to 5.30pm on both days
Venue: Auditorium, Level 3, Parish House
Please register for this retreat by 28 Feb 2016 online, or pick up a form at the bulletin stands in church and drop them into the boxes provided.
Archdiocesan Update on Parishes and Mass Attendance
This survey and update will be conducted during the weekend Masses.
Regardless of which parish/church you belong, one representative per household that visits this parish/church is to do this. The simple online (internet/smartphone) survey can be found at survey.catholic.sg.
Thank you in anticipation of your participation of this very important project for the good of our parish and archdiocese as a whole, in order for resources to be better placed in the planning of our pastoral programmes at the parish and archdiocesan levels. See the bishop’s message here.
Blessings on Fourth Weekend of the Month
