MAKE YOUR OWN SACRIFICE BEADS – 22 Aug | 5 Sep

St Teresa of the Child Jesus, our parish patron saint, was given a little string of beads to count her little sacrifices and acts of love she did for God. In the book “The Story of a Family” by Fr Stephane Piat, he wrote that Teresa and her sisters used to carry the beads in their pockets or kept them in a small drawer in the house. Their mother, Zelie Martin, commended them at the end of each day for being so loving to the good Lord for sinners.

In conjunction with our parish feast day celebrations and the canonisation of St Teresa’s parents, Louis and Zelie Martin, on 18 October, the Golden Years Club is inviting all parishioners to come together as a family of God to make these sacrifice beads; and to grow as a family in love, making acts of love each day.

Register by downloading the form here: GYC15-Sacrifice-Beads

Email the completed form to Raymond Ho at rho.kang@yahoo.com.sg, or call 97466770 for enquiries.
